At Beckett Simonon, we strive for perfection in every pair, but if your items aren't quite right, we offer free returns and exchanges within 60 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition to qualify for a full refund or size replacement.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid UPS shipping label to ensure your return journey is completely free of charge.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack the unworn items in their original packaging, attach the prepaid label to the box, and drop it off at any authorized UPS location.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our artisans inspect the returned items, we will process your exchange or issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
