Since each pair of shoes or accessories is handcrafted specifically for you, the process typically takes 8 to 12 weeks. We will provide regular email updates throughout the cutting, stitching, and finishing stages.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 60-day window for returns and exchanges. Items must be in unworn, brand-new condition. We provide free shipping for exchanges within the contiguous United States to ensure you get the perfect fit.

What kind of leather do you use?
We exclusively use gold-rated full-grain calfskin leather from reputable tanneries in Italy and Argentina. This leather develops a beautiful patina over time and offers superior durability compared to corrected-grain alternatives.
